If this rschram.com site is my body then Schra­mart is my soul. Over the past few years I’ve been dedi­cat­ing any “free time” I create for myself to making things just to make things. When it came time to develop an identity, I let it roll. I had a real good idea of what I wanted from the start. Think Venn Diagram: Schram meets Art and they share the ‘M’ for Mart. Stamped, messy, and a touch off-kilter. Schram has been a lifetime in the making. Art has been well underway. Mart to come laterrr.

Process

The final logotype for Schra­mart. Roughed up and slightly askew in all its glory.
Some early options I consid­ered, but now look at and laugh. That super wide tracking is pretty obnox­ious. However, you can see how the logotype began to evolve into it’s final state.
